I this kentia palm back in august but now it is dying on me. It started with the bottom leaves and ends turning crisp and darker. I cut those off. The plant is now half the size.

Yesterday I repotted it and messed with the roots thinking it help to loosen them up (I just read palms do not like at all) It didn't seem like root rot but I'm no expert. I came home today with it laying on the floor. (as to why it is standing up against the wall) Any ideas of what might be wrong and hiw to fix it? Thanks in advance.
