Cuts and Cracks on Snake Plant

Hi, was just wondering if anyone could help me figure out what these cuts and cracks I'm seeing on my plant are? I've had it for 1.5 years now and it seems like the cracks are getting worse. I last repotted it during summer, maybe in May of last year.

Hi. Check these out. One plant has mechanical damage from being a store purchase and from when I knocked a mug out of the cupboard on top of it. The lighter plant has cracks, splits from what I think may be a period of rapid growth and hydration/dehydration. Your plant looks like it has been handled, rubbed, brushed, something like that.

It really does seem to take some time before damage or marks show up well on these plants.
