Why do I keep asking questions but never get a response?

Not sure if the Manufacturer is responsible for responding . To the folks at Houzz: . Please encourage Manufacturers to provide as much info as possible regarding specs. Particularly important when ordering on-line. Knowing the diameter of the center metal body of the fan would help determine how bulky the fan is, if at all. I wasn't able to find that info listed on the site.
