My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I've never noticed a fragrance on Cots before, but their cousins the Kalanchoes (some very fragrant) and the Crassulas (one or two are pleasant, but there are many which are unpleasantly funky).
Not sunny and being indoors will inhibit flowering, but I don't think it would prevent it. I don't know if it will be fragrant when the flower is open, but if the Internet is where you got the idea of it being fragrant, it must be true, right?
