Art install dilemma

Hello everyone. We've been wondering what would be the best height to hang this art we have. 2-3 questions on our mind:
How high should we hang it?
Any ideas on what would best fit there as storage?
We do not know what to do with this space over our entry?
Been following a lot the advice people are giving here and love the ideas! Please let me know if more details are required?
