My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi CarberyMorrow, We have shipped hundreds of these tables and we have not seen this issue. Unfortunately I am not sure if the customer who reviewed the item reached out to us as we would have provided a replacement to correct the problem. Here is a link to the assembly instructions- one note is that in the middle of assembly we do not recommend tightening the bolts all the way. If this is done too soon it can cause mis-alignment.
