Go for an LVP wood in a medium stain to match the trim. Moisture may not be a major problem but just remember if there's ever a leak guess where all of that water is going? Down to that walk-out basement. Plus LVP is softer and warmer than a tile, easier to maintain than wood, and looks nicer than carpet.

I have vinyl plank in my walk out I love it we have big dogs that have a doggie door to a dog run from the walk out so muddy feet are pretty normal a damp mop and the floors look like new again . Ours are 12 yrs old and were not a high quality but I still like them. We installed dri-core with strip vinyl flooring now of course there are nice ones with that same type of core attached so the floor feels a bit warmer and more comfortable .
