It looks good, I'd leave it alone. You can add a little fertilizer to your next watering, that's what I do. I use Miracle Grow plant food, mix 1/4 tsp in 1/2 gallon of water, I only fertilize twice a year, early Spring and mid Summer. Other members will add there opinions.
