My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm checking with the showroom to see if it's on the floor. The legs are solid wood and I believe the top is veneer but double checking on that. I'm sure they have finish samples in the showroom.

    It's from Robert James Collection out of LA. One of the coffee tables I pulled is from them, too. and that is on the showroom floor.
