Those look like fumed or bleached floors. It may be difficult to replicate that look on site. Bona Nordic Seal may get you close. <- link

You can get close but keep in mind that a job stained floor will look different from prefinished. If you get the hard grain to match, the soft grain will be lighter in color, rather than darker. I'd start with samples of Bona Drifast White over water pop and over 2-part bleach first to see how close they were. Full strength bleach might be too white so thinning the bleach with water might get you very close (but still need to do two coats for uniformity). Once you get as close as you can with that method, the color can be adjusted with some Universal Tint. I'd try a little raw umber first.

SJ McCarthy , is right. You should be able to look at your floor finishers portfolio and see similar successful projects.

I am trying to find the same color! Any luck????

Lauren all of the pros weighed in with good advice noted above.

The more I look at the pictures the more I think that NordicSeal might be spot on.

Turns out we had red oak floors (surprise!) so we never were able to achieve this color. We went with Loba IP and Supra AT on top which got us as light as one could achieve, I think. From what I understand NordicSeal doesn’t play well with red oak.

I believe the photo I posted is from wood that was treated/stained prior to install...at least per the homeowner. Not sure if that helps.

Would you show us how it turned out? I want to use Loba IP on American Walnut which is reddish. Thank you.
