I'm gonna put some rugs in your room in a few minutes, but don't want to forget to say you need at least two more curtain panels if you're going to close them. You want them to keep a nice drape when they're closed, not look like flat sheets.

I would get a rug with colors from your furniture you want to pop up or neutral one.
I would get a lamp on side table and plant in the corner.

I agree about pillows, nice idea from Grover to replace them.

I wanted to provide additional context: home is in Arizona, and I was drawing from mid century modern lines (huge Haver/ Al Beadle/ Frank Lloyd Wright inspirations around). Pillows are locally made succulent pillows- although I understand if it doesn’t fit the space. I was Trying to bring in the desert influence :)
