My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Optimara Sequoia and cute NOID

Hi! After having success using AC to control the temperature, I can finally see the flowers developing before fading. Here some pics in different lights.







And this cute NOID, she's so pretty, I call her salada de morango (strawberry salad).





Finally I can say I learned the basics. This week we had a nice waning moon, so I cleaned the suckers they had. Sorry by the excessive number of pictures, I couldn't choose only one. :)
