My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Inspired by, but not a hosta

Looking at Hostas at the local Walmart and saw this unusual variegated fella in the sea of tomato flats and just had to bring him home. Have him potted up and can't wait to see how he does. I put him in a pot in hopes that if he burns I can move him to a happier spot. Tag says Big Boy but he needs a better name than that.
