I have a 1200 square foot apartment in my basement that has been sitting vacant since my MIL moved out. It’s space we would like to use but don’t want to change the structure because of the great selling features (has its own garage and driveway with it). That said we have converted the bedroom into an office and now we have a 10x12 eat in kitchen and 14x20 living room. We would like to make one of those rooms a duel purpose room so we can have guests stay there. We were thinking game Room for the kitchen and media room for the living room but need ideas as how to do this as well as ideas for the duel purpose. Any help would be appreciated.
