What kind of charcoal did you use? May I ask what's its purpose in your FLF?

I use aquarium grade charcoal chips in containers of water cuttings to deter algae growth. I've used it from time to time in my mix, especially w/ plants known to be vulnerable to root rot.

Hi Karen. Thanks for your reply. I bought it thinking I would need it for my FLF repotting mix. I've now discovered that it's really not necessary for it!
