My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How does the screen work and is a projector used?

    The screen is motorized and is built into the roof structure. There is a projector on the oposite side of the patio (where the photo is taken) that is also hidden into the structure and has a lift that lowers the projector and hides it completely in a weather resistant enclosure. All at the touch of a button!
