My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

railing is unique!

What type of wire did you use in the railing? Was this a choice instead of traditional cabling? very cool!

    We only staged this house to sell. We weren't a part in the remodeling so I'm not sure on the type of wire used but it's like most standard cables that we see around the bay area. The wire is all horizontal and from the photo it looks like it's a box-detail but it's just the vertical siding of the house that makes it look like that. Thanks for the question!
