Plant ID please, gorgeous flowers

There are two of these in my new yard in Tucson. Neglected for years, they're blooming now. 1" wide yellow blossoms with long red stamens. Desert looking shrub about 4' tall, tiny gray green leaves. There are palo verde trees behind it, it's pretty scraggly.
