I have a few pinks and all have been fine. Mine are mostly noids from a mix, though....

In my garden, the pinks don’t endure for years the way the yellows and whites do. I stopped buying them as prefer something that is more than one or two seasons. In the same location, others keep going. Doing more with white/orange and yellow orange (bright is good here in spring, winters dreary) and I’ll see how those settle in.

After a second summer of rainy weather I'm seeing plenty of daffodils fade away. I don't know what's bothering your pinks but for me there are plenty of differences in how long some varieties persist.

Basal rot has been a problem with all the wet here, some of the newer varieties haven't done well at all. Some don't like any competition, some don't like shade, some don't like too much dry.... Others seem to be more attractive to narcissus bulb fly and unless protected I loose whole clumps as the maggots eat through the bulbs.

But some pinks do just fine, and keep chugging along. 'Accent' seems to like it here, but 'Salome' needs watching.

I'm no Narcissi expert, but I'm guessing the pinks aren't as strong as the old standards. But as always, a lot depends on where they are sited and the weather. We're pretty dry here, but they all get sprinkler water during the hot months.

I do want to try another variety, but maybe I'll limit how many, --you know, not go overboard with them. :-) I'm thinking of trying Pink Charm or Night Cap. But Faith and now Accent might make the cut, too. Maybe mix some up.
