So I have been fertilizing monthly the summer with soybean meal for about 5 or 6 years now on two different properties (I moved 3 years ago). I keep the length at 3-3 1/2". (3" in the cooler months).

From about mid June to October my lawn is by far the greenest and nicest on the street.

So why then is it always the last one to wake up and start turning green in the spring?

I had the same problem in my last property 3 years ago.
