I have a mystery Hoya

A friend took a piece of this from her yard (9b) and gave to me. I know it’s of the Carnosa variety and also know that, more than likely, I will not discover its true identity until (or if)
it flowers. This is a long shot, but any experts out there that can identify the leaves?
