Looks severely deficient, to me. What matter of growing medium is it planted in and what's the nutritional program?

It’s planted in a combo is organic potting soil and bumper crop. It’s been in soil for 3-4 weeks and has not seen any additional nutrients due to the fact bumper crop generally provides the necessary nutrients. I have two cherry tomatoes planted in the same soil mix and they are both thriving. Thanks for your reply!

Add fertilizer. They're starving.

Haven't used Bumper Crop. But, in my experience, fertilizer-enriched ready-to-use potting mixes have only enough fert to keep a plant alive, not thrive as is needed for seasonal crops.
