Second plant, it’s flower is daisy like white flower, plants are 2-3feet tall when it is flowering

Third one is this some kind of herb? Is it edible? :)

Ditto. Oxeye Daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare) can be quite invasive in some areas.

You are very welcome. Once established they should flower every year but sometimes it takes until their second year to bloom.

Oregano is hardy for me and comes back reliably.

The ox eye daisies are about to flower. You can see the lengthening bloom stalks.

Oregano is perfectly hardy in your zone rockdale. It is hardy for me in
my zone 5a and reseeds itself very greedily. The same with my Oxeye
Daisies. Shasta Daisies (Leucanthemum X superbum) use different method to multiply, they steadily enlarge their clumps.

All of them bloom profusely each and every year.
