So I’m finally putting furniture in my dining room they we are getting very very discounted from my friends’ parents who are downsizing. It’s a hutch (without the dishes shown) and the farm table. I am taking the chairs for now until I can afford fancier ones but suggestions to make the room a little fancier with this hutch, farm table and chairs and more of a dining room. The chandelier in my dining room is staying. I like the fancy chandelier look with a rustic table. I have young kids so nothing too crazy and i want to make inexpensive and fairly minimalist but have a nice table for entertaining with children. I’m in a 1915 dutch colonial and here is a pic of my kitchen as well so you get the style of my house. Thank you in advance for the help!
