Springtime is Gardening Time

Hi everyone,

I got some new cuttings in the mail today from a Facebook friend. She sent me: lacunosa, krohiana "Eskimo", cv. Mathilde, bella, Ban Ngong Ngoy, and curtisii. Just finished potting them up. It'll be my first time growing BNN, Eskimo, and curtisii. They're all beautiful and healthy :).

Gardino's will be sending me carnosa "Speckles"/Spotted Leaf (Snowball?), obovata, and a Fireball Lily on Monday. :)

Here they are! I got my Fireball Lily, too. I asked if they sent H. incrassata by mistake, but Paula said it was a bonus plant since the other plants were smaller :). Again, Gardino's gets a gold star in service, quality, and everything else imaginable!

Those are nice Brad ! Gardino's always have excellent customer service from Paula. That bonus plant was a nice surprise I bet.

It was a very nice surprise! This is the first time that I can remember a company sending a bonus plant (I've received surprise bonus cuttings in trades, but never from a nursery).

From right to left are: incrassata, carnosa "Spotted Leaf Clone/Speckles", and obovata.

They're doing great so far! Nothing yet from the Fireball Lily, but the Hoyas are doing just fine.

The cuttings I have rooting look great, too. Just waiting on peduncles to form or bud up on my plants I've already had. My Hoya itch is mostly satisfied. Mostly. I'm really wanting a Cebu Blue Pothos in my plant collection, along with a Ceropegia sandersonii and a larger String of Hearts.
