I am a first time home buyer , its very daunting task to go through design studio selections. just finished first appointment with design studio. they showed me several things in short period of 2 hrs and its overwhelming. I need you guys to help to select especially kitchen cabinets

imp point: i have 2yr old kid

1. should go for RTF or maple wood cabinets ......what are the pro and cons for each category

2. this house is in san diego .......lots of light

3. KITCHEN is open concept free flow into great room

4. should i go for darker or lighter shade

5. I would like to have kitchen islnad to be lighter or white quartz or marble

6. Floor i would like to have not too dark .....thinking about vinyl plank rather than hardwood floor

initially i choose "Maple COFFEE " colored

or should i go with this one " maple SMOKE"

or This one "RTF Maple Tannery"

need to make decision by tomorrow,
