Some ideas to get you started thinking. I noticed you already have some art there in black and white. Below could be toned down, using the pillows only if you want a more neutral palette.

I would work first on arranging your furniture. Can you please post photos of the 2 other walls of the living area? Thanks.

You might be able to use the second sofa. Would need more photos of the space and if you have a tv to incorporate. Thanks.

Art in kitchen needs to be lowered so that center is 55-60 above the floor.

You didn't say what colors you prefer so I am only making a rug suggestion that would allow you to incorporate a lot of color - which is what I like!

Do you plan on TV in the living area? What is opposite the sofa on the wall? TV could go between the windows. I would prefer the two sofas facing each other over the coffee table 18" (or less) from each. I think a glass and metal table would be better for your more dainty sofa style. Anchor all of that on a large rug that extends past the sofa ends by a foot or more. Art hung 5" above the sofa would be nice. You can "L" the sofas so one faces the TV between the windows if you have.

I really don’t want to replace any thing as they were newly purchased. The color palette I was aiming for was possibly navy and grey and an accent color. Possibly navy or cobalt curtains. The room opens up directly into kitchen so I want to have everything to coordinate its kitchen as well. Maybe coordinate curtains and rugs between the room. The fb will go on the opposite wall of the sofa that doesn’t have the windows. Cable is set up for that. Also I think I can balance the sofa which is off centered with plant or something decorative on the side of it. More photos of space to follow. Thank you!

Please, when you post, mention your color preferences, requirements (must keep furniture) etc. measurements of the area, use of room, e.g TV. We didn't know any of this and don't have enough photos. It looks like beige and black palette, not navy, so I'm deleting both my suggestions.

Hi. Thanks for the additional photos!

I do not think the tv placement is good, It is in the middle of a traffic pattern. Not having a floor plan, I can't be sure these will work perfectly, but worth trying

    OPTION 1

    tv on wall between windows.

    one sofa faces tv

2nd sofa is where it is now, but pulled out from the wall some

    OPTION 2

tv on long wall where sofa is now

    one sofa faces tv.

2nd sofa is perpendicular to sofa one. It can face the window or face the kitchen, whichever you prefer.

OPTION 3 (if you really want to leave tv where it is)

-pull both sofas out from the walls

-pull them both toward the kitchen.

Thank you yes moving the tv is def an option. How about rug color and window treatments for kitchen. I think I have to choose a light colored rug. Maybe black and white to pull some black from kitchen?

Most people do not think this way, so no worries......you really need to get the furniture arranged prior to selecting a rug and other elements.

Here is a style you might like, though.

When you move the TV, set it on or mount it over a media cabinet that is longer than the width of the TV, as much longer as you can get it. If you mount it, put it 5 -8" above the console. Middle of screen should be as close to seated eye level as possible.
