Beautiful combination. I planted one teasing Georgia with an etoile violette clematis. I can’t wait to see it bloom. Rooguchi looks like it belongs in a fairy tale garden, lovely in every way.

Totoro, you may be right. Yours is a clearer yellow, and more upright.

I dunno, I have two Teasing Georgias bought from David Austins and they look like totoro's at their darkest, fading to a light lemon blush. I've never seen the apricot tones in your picture on mine, Sheila, but boy it complements your house well. Lovely rose-clem combination, and that looks like one clematis that might play well with roses like TG who can hold her own.

Mine is also Grafted on fort and on a trellis so perhaps that is why it seems more tall and upright. It would arch more without the trellis for sure.

Mine TG is own root in its second year here. It's in full sun and has the peachy centers and arching growth of Shelia's. It almost always blooms in clusters, too.

Oh, I think TG needs heat to generate those peachy colors.

It has been up to 80F recently and the newer blooms look like this. I don't think the sun exposure has changed that much.
