Love all the clump photos! They all look so pretty. That Indigo Edge is very striking! What a show on Stealth Bomber and Clown Parade not far behind. Are you seeing more "clump" blooming earlier? So far, mine are still in that single first flower opening but I see lots of buds that make me think they may be flashing at once too.

Clown Parade is so pretty. Mine doesn't have scapes yet. Lovely Isabella always captures my attention.

Thank you. Kate, I am having a lot of clumps now...Many I haven't shown. I am surprised at how many are blooming each day, and not just clumps. Hopefully your CP will have scapes soon, Debra. Isabella does well in the heat too. She lightens, but her substance is unchanged after a 90 degree day, in full sun, late in the day.. Nancy, CP is my husbands absolute favorite of all of them. It is a pretty one. Indigo opens perfectly early morning every time.

Pretty blooms again, Kay! My favorites today are Indigo Edge and Sweet Isabella. SWeet Isabella was added here this spring, it came from Laura in Michigan, her divisions have done marvelous here.

Nice group Kay. Clown Parade is always a favorite for me. Indigo Edge does have a nice edge on it. Would you say that most of your blooms are above the foliage this year? I wondered given the the up and down temps.

Nice Kay. Mint Octopus and Clown Parade both especially catch my eye!

Thanks you, Julia. Yes, they are mostly above foliage...a couple of new ones, and the old low standards ae low, but other than that they are nice and tall so the yo-yo temps didn't affect them. I really believe the copious rainfall helps with that. Thanks you Brad...Mint Octopus is a tall plant with very large blooms they retain color well in hea.t Clown Parade has been a top favorite since I first saw it. It blooms beautifully, nice tall stems, opens first thing no matter the temps...just an ideal plant for me.

Clown Parade and Indigo Edges. The first on my "gotta find" list now for a couple of years and the second has just now been added. Will I ever find them in Canada? Who knows but I can certainly dream .

Just came in from checking for scapes, saw one just barely on Clown Parade!
