My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pax (Pemberton, 1918)

Pax opened today, despite the drizzle. This plant came from Rogue Valley Roses last year.

Thank you for sharing your Pax, KS! I had to rehome all but a couple of my Hybrid Musks, Penelope and Buff Beauty, when I moved to my urban cottage on a postage stamp. Pax is rarely seen around here, but I did trip over a frothy Sally Holmes in the neighborhood a couple of years ago. Your photos are a visual demonstration of why this beauty should always be on display somewhere. Its opening buds always remind me of things luminous and classic, like strings of pearls. Carol

Not really "antique", but a very nice rose, but I'm prejudiced.
