My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Roses Blooming in My Garden This Week

Due to pest pressure and early severe freeze in Dec, my roses are not as robust this year. Too much damage for them to bounce back. But there are a few blooms to share nonetheless.
