We are building a new home and have to make electrical decisions prior to completion of framing. Attached is the floor plan for the L-shaped kitchen with island. Do we hang pendant lights over the island parallel to the stove wall or parallel to the sink wall? The seating area is parallel to the stove wall. Should we forget pendant lights altogether and just go with the ceiling can lights? Great view out of the french doors and deck that I don't want to block. Thanks
