Thanks Rosie. All my violets are in Oyama pots, which is sort of similar to wicking, isn't it? I tried wicking some plants, and for some reason it just stopped working for me, and I had to top water. Probably something I was doing wrong, but the Oyama pots work really well for me. And as I keep my collection down to under 50, it's not ridiculously expensive.

BTW, I misstated the name of the chimera on the bottom right. it's Island Charm, not Beach Party.

All are beautiful, I love Lyndon Lyon's plants, unfortunately they shippied only the crowns to oversea.

Joanne, I've gotten my pots from Violetsupply.com, and violet showcase. Violet supply can't seem to get any more 3 1/2" pots, but I got a bunch of those at violet showcase. Just checked his websight, and it says he will be soon temporarily shutting down because he's moving, but he does show all sizes of the O pots still for sale. Hopefully there are other places as well.

Hi Judi, I don't have O pots, never have had one so I really don't know how they work. But if it uses a wick I would think it is just another way of wicking. Hey as long as it works for you that is all that matters!!! Rosie
