So I am gonna have to wait another 2 years for my Bullfrog Kisses to look like that? Well, it will be worth it, but the anticipation may get me. I like that No Boys Allowed! That is a Davisson, isn't it? So far of the Davisspons I have, they have done great. I do love the watermarks. Great looking clump of Shake the Mountain.

Thank you Brad...mine should be slowing down by then. Nancy, it took the third year for mine, but who knows how long it will take...That third year is the leap year...and yes that is a Davisson and i too really like them. I have quite a few of them now and they usually seem to do quite well. Shake the Mountain has always done well even though it was a tiny start.

Looking good, Kay. You should have taken a photo close up of Fighting Fire. It looks like it was gorgeous this morning in that clump!! Mint Octopus is still looking great! And Shake the Mountain is impressive clumping.

The photos aren't that dark. You really come up with the names--buffalo kisses? I can't imagine kissing a buffalo; of course, not really a bullfrog either. I grew Shake the Mountains years ago and it did not perform well here. Yours looks splendid. While No Boys Allowed is a nice bloom, I notice a meager bud count, which someone on this forum has also noted. Maybe it will improve as it grows. Mint Octopus is very iridescent in your pics.

Bullfrog Kisses looks gorgeous with Fighting Fire. I used to have those two planted together until Bullfrog Kisses died back to just one fan, and I tossed it. I do love the bloom, but it didn't like real winters. Your Fighting Fire has multiplied much better than mine too. Both of those are better grown in your climate, I think. Smooth Talker is a pretty one, and Shake the Mountains makes a spectacular clump.

Your blooms get a nice ruffled edge which I think comes from all the heat in your neck of the woods. No Boys Allowed looks good. Is that a new one in your garden? Is Festival In Brazil suppose to be Carnival In Brazil? I have Carnival In Brazil and it blooms exactly like your photo. Lovely group of pics as always.

My favorite, hands down is No Boys Aloud. Too bad the bud count hasn’t been satisfactory. Mint Octopus looks nicer every time I see it, such a great yellow.

No boys Allowed is new in my garden...this is the first bloom ever..so, Sherry, it will be two years before I really know how it will do. And yes, Julia, I do think the heat tends to increase the ruffles. Many times I have to put a finger and gently disengage them. Debra, that is so sad that BK acted lie that. I though I was losing Salty Skipper this time since it was down to one fan, but all at one three new ones just popped up and it is ready to show off soon. Of course it is Carnival in Brazil. I am even worse than usual today due to a friend's sudden death. Well Mantis, You know I am a ditz with names at best. I suspect No boys Allowed will straighten up and fly right in a year or two. Ledgewood's Jungle Music didn't have a single bloom til the fourth year. I did take it, Kate...here it is.

Mint Octopus looks great! That is one I thought about adding back in the Maryott days, but didn't and wish I had. I just planted No Boys Allowed here last week, I doubt I will see it bloom until next year - so it's nice to see yours... very pretty.

Thanks Laura. IT has been really good here. I was pleased to see No boys allowed too. It is a lovely bloom...once again, Debra enabled me. she has such beautiful blooms and absolutely stunning photos of them.

Once again, Mint Octopus and RFK steal the show. I just love green throats and those two can't be beat. I'm enjoying your photos while I still have no sign of scapes.
