Have you tried looking for pictures and descriptions of each on the web?

Yes I did. I did all the common sense stuff like find descriptions and look at photo differences. Most descriptions are "asiatic", this and that shape, likes this and that soil/sun, and of course "bright red". I found montenegro has no spots but found pictures that show otherwise. All the details I find are contrasting with each other. Nothing helpful.
