Following! Mine are not blooming quite yet. There are a lot of clematis pictures on the rose forum. One of the favourite combinations for climbing roses over there. I want to add more clematis, but still a novice in the clematis department.

Mine are just starting to come out, I will post pics when they bloom.

June is when type 3 season begins here in SEPA (7a), and some of mine just start blooming.

It’s really windy here today but snapped a couple photos anyway. Only two blooming here so far, Betty Corning and Corrine.

Missed the big flush on most of mine, so they are a little the worse for wear. :) Oh, well!

Pink Chiffon, aka Hagley’s hybrid

No name sold as Niobe. Ha! I’m happy with it, though. I have a growing with Zephirine Drouhin and the colors complement well. It also blooms over a long season, and seems to keep producing buds as long as I can keep it pushing new growth.

A young Lady Betty Balfour, Except that she is a royal purple in real life. Not the fuchsia/magenta seen here.

Here's the No-name I mentioned upthread that has just started blooming (this one starts blooming significantly later than the other type-3s in my yard, but it might be because it gets morning sun only). This one arrived mislabeled, and I'm thinking it's either Jackmanii Rubra or Ernest Markham, or .... any idea?

Piilu - yr 1, planted last fall, it's in part sun and still fades :(

Yukikomachi - yr 1 planted last fall, flowers the size of Pillu - a bit of a surprise, very delicate

Finally, Polish Spirit - yr 2, love the colour and abundance of the blooms, and already a monster, the big box stores really need to start selling 10 ft trellises

And that's my collection. I may try to squeeze in 2 more...got a tree and a quickfire hydrangea that could support a smaller clem each. Also still looking for arabella too.

Venosa violacea is from Donahue’s. I planted both earlier this summer so I’m happy to see a few blooms from them!

Not blooming but a "beast".

This is "Summer Snow" on our brick wall. (This is the wall where the neighbour's home is about 12 feet away and so it doesn't get full sun).

I think what you are seeing SS about 6 feet up the wall and 12 feet wide. Given its location I didnt 'visit' it enough during the season and it got too out of control.

I wasn't expecting any blooms from my new Guernsey Cream until next season. But he's giving me a fall show. His flowers start out a fresh mint green (shown here), then pale to white as they mature.
