Here’s a pic of the house at the moment.

Can always paint the trim black or cream. I kind of like the green (wish the picture was better—can you post a closer image?) maybe a sage green or more olive green? If no green, then the black, cream or white are classic.

I don’t understanding the renderings comment. They are very helpful to visualize changes.

Your house looks nice; however, consider eliminating that tall bush then power wash the driveway before painting the trim.

Thanks for your comments. Yes I mean I don’t want to render/cement over the brick as we don’t have the funds for that right now. We plan on painting the driveway but again haven’t decided on the colour.

We’ll definitely be removing the tall tree and the mat rush. We will relandscape once we have painted.
I’m thinking maybe even doing a grey and white combo on the trimmings and carport?

Never heard of painting the driveway. Is that common in Australia?

First off - great house!! Don't think I would "render" or cover up the brick. I would consider painting it though although once painted brick can never be unpainted. If you were to paint the brick that would open up options for trim colors. And, like others (and you yourself have said) - move the tall tree for sure. Good luck!
