It looks like a Hoya, but it's definitely not carnosa. Maybe pottsii?

try checking against pix for peperomia puteolata, that's the closest match I saw.

It’s not puteolata, of that I am sure.

It’s not ‘Hope’ either. I have a LOT of Peperomias.

It’s closer to P. tetraphylla (but not the puteolata sort). It’s also similar to dahlstedtii, quadrangularis, and others. There are quite a few species with this look.

Sorry IO, it was just a guess, thx for that informative link. I'm propagating some Pep leaves which IDs I don't have. I'll start looking there when they get a bit bigger.
