Without trying to get too far ahead of the game, it looks like this particular palm may have caught lethal bronzing (formerly known as Texas Phoenix Palm Decline) or fusarium wilt. The lower fronds are at an angle away from the top of the crown that doesn't look healthy and almost the entire state is having issues with these diseases. You've noticed a drastic change in health over the course of a few weeks that also leads me to believe one of these diseases is at play.
