None of the Tiles I sell are peel and stick. Yes you would install them using thinset and then apply the grout.

This is an absolutely gorgeous tile. Prior to purchasing any full order, I recommend ordering a sample first, as computer and phone screens don’t always let the hues and nuances come through.
