No unless you get large enough ones to cover the windows. You have double windows so I think it would look off. I'd focus on landscaping instead and add some height on either side of those windows.

Agree with the above poster. There are other things that will have more of an impact than some non-functional shutters.

When you or whoever painted everything white, the house lost all interest. I would start by adding a trim color and painting the front door (currently looks like a black spot). Putting a pot under the right light fixture on the stoop to bring the eye up.

The red grass in the floor bed needs to be multiplied by at least 4 more plants.

Now I will say shutters can work on the two outside windows, they would be large but the house can handle it.

However, aside from a trim and door color, pour your money into a proper landscape design because that is what is truly lacking here.
