Cindy's Tie Die has a wonderful pattern! We got more rain today - maybe that will help mine scape. How strange that your Forty Days only has one scape. Mine scaped on all three fans and is about 36 inches, which I think is the registration height. It seems to be a slow multiplier. Bonnie Holley is a pretty one. That's a shame that you've lost fans on it. How weird about your Thin Man picture. Another new quirk from Houzz.

It's too bad Bonnie Holley does not like your climate. I too like the sculpting. Electric Mist didn't like our garden. I wanted to get rid of it due to poor performance and Bob wanted to keep it, but it decided for us. It died last winter. Jolyene Nicole is a beautiful pink!

Bonnie Holley is a really nice shade of bright yellow. I like it. Too bad it's growing backwards. I've had a number of my favorite new ones over the years start out like gangbusters their first year only to start declining in vigor in the years thereafter. It's quite frustrating when you know you are growing them well...........I agree about Joylene Nichols; a beautiful bloom.............Maryl

Debra, I hope Cindy blooms for you, I believe it has always bloomed every year from the beginning. It had it's good years and bad for bud counts, and amazingly slow to multiply, bit I always love the blooms.

Nancy, so far Electric Mist is doing pretty well. I like the look of it, and it seems to have a respectable bud count. Next year will be its leap year, so I am hoping for even better.

Maryl, Bonnie Holley is the most sculpted looking bloom I have, the blooms open nicely, the fans have looked healthy. Just vanishing. I do think I will try moving it, but may just have to give up on that one.

Jolyene Nicole always had such beautiful huge blooms. I don't really mind shorter daylilies, but this is just a little too short even for me. Looks so odd for those huge blooms growing usually less than 12"tall.

Hmm, seems that the winter has had some deleterious effects. Too early to tell here. I am always wary of the Holley evergreens, but I appreciate more reports on cultivars.

I id not see this post, Nancy. don' know how I missed it. Bonnie Holley is a beauty! I can see why you would move it to try and save it. Cinsy's Tie Die is a pretty one, and I always like Thin Man even if he photo isn't showing right

Thanks Kay. Normally Bonnie Holley opens quite well too, but those cool days we had kept it from opening so well. Good thing it is not an early blooming daylily I guess.
