i have one of my Plumeria leaves like this


Is it fungus?

    Doesn’t look fungal...looks to me like the plant is shutting that leaf down and will soon shed it as it takes on new growth. Looks like an older leaf so it is totally normal for this to take place as the branch grows. Helpful to know where you’re growing and a pic of bottom side of the leaf...also full plant picture of you have other symptoms.
