yes. Remember you have water roots, and not soil roots, so they will have to re establish. just watch them when you transplant.

Usually, I switch to soil within a week of sprouting, when the root gets about 1/2 inch long and the leaves are just starting to form. I would prefer clean coco coir or rockwool and use very light liquid fertilizer. I have a PPM meter for accurate dosage. Many of the pre-fertilized soils could be too strong.

Maintain a green house effect, so keep a Suran wrap cover and let fresh air in a few times a day. Slowly, poke holes in the cover over a period of a few weeks. Then finally, allow the seedlings to be fully uncovered after several weeks. It's important to never let the soil go dry in their first year. Some like to use plastic strawberry containers.

Everybody seems to do it differently since we live in varying climates.
