Dying Tomato Issue

last modified: 7 years ago

I've been growing a few tomato plants in the balcony, and while they were off to a good start and produced a first batch of tomatoes, their leaves have been dying from the bottom up. Could it be blight or some other fungus? What can I do to prolong the plant's life or prevent this in future/neighboring plants?

This is an example of a leaf before it shrivels up and dies

This is what all the bottom leaves of the plant look like

Tried searching for bugs and this is the only one I found. I have no idea what it and don't think it's related to the main issue but am posting it just in case.

Advice appreciated!
