Wow! Gorgeous room! My first thought was non-gray as well. I think you could go so many directions. Teal? Indigo? #2 pencil yellow?

I would go wood tone. It looks beautiful and adds a warm natural touch. No gray!!

Bri, I think that ship has sailed. It looks like that vanity has mdf center panels, so must be painted.

While the gray looks nice as everyone is saying you could pick many other colours. Consider a dark navy like Hale Navy or Black or a bright colour - you’ve done s great job with the bathroom so you definitely have other options and think you might get tired of the gray.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! This has to be my favorite feature on Houzz! Anyways, natural wood would’ve been my choice but alas it’s too late and it was too expensive, given the choice. So now I have to paint it a color. Since I share this bathroom with my husband-pink, purple, and yellow are not options:)

The tile has a purplish-blue/ gray hue center with a taupe-almondy color star. Should I paint the cabinet a greige? I decided against it initially because hardware didn’t look good against it.

OP, this may seem like a shock but the greens look so great in your bath...how about a dark emerald green?

The emerald green is lovely! And super trendy right now. I’m afraid it just wouldn’t make sense with the flooring and adjoining bedroom. This is a closer look of the tile.

Ah, yes. Your tile has more blue in it. You could do that dark blue on the paint chip, or go white if you are wanting a serene look...

I would stick with your plan. Try SW Light French Gray. It is medium gray and will look great. Use aged gold hardware on it to work with faucets. Very pretty room.

I voted light gray but I really would prefer white or blue. The bottom three blues on your paint chip would be beautiful. And not as trendy as gray.

I like the darker gray for contrast. You can always bring in color with accessories and change them out easily and economically when the mood strikes you.

On my monitor, I'm not seeing much blue in the flower. The third colour from the bottom looks to be the closest but maybe on the next strip over would be better? (Your selections are absolutely lovely, btw.) Can you get BM to match the flower and use that as a starting point? I'd be tempted to match it or go a shade or two darker. You could always bring your tiles in to a BM store and have them scan them. (Our local store doesn't even need to scan anything, I've seen their staff pull out matching strips to all sorts of things just by looking and knowing their colours.)

I also like the idea of the blue-ish gray.

BM Oxford Gray is my favorite dark gray that leans blue.

If you're not sure, what colors do you tend to wear? Start there. Trust me almost any color will go with your choices and it will give a wonderful pop to the room.

We have SW Light French Gray as a wall color. It leans slightly blue and is very pretty. If not that I think a dark navy would be nice.

Though I am probably more boring in my choices, I would go with a classic white, and accessorize with colors.
Or, pick a color you love... a deep blue would be great, and easy to work with, and around, when blue goes out, as it will.
It's " only paint", but, the deeper the color, the more cost to change it later.

btw, I love your floor tile choice. I would probably want a chair in that room, just to enjoy the tile...lol.

Yes if you love gray, absolutely do grey but if you're doing gray because you're afraid to introduce another color, know that gray is the best neutral to introduce color and your palette is almost unlimited.

The vanity was custom made by Richard Wayne Cabinets. The vanity paint color is Dunn Edwards Baby Seal. Pivot mirrors are the “Tolson” by Rejuvenation.

Faucets are Brizo by Jason Wu in Luxe Gold finish.

Freestanding tub is the “Monaco” by Neptune Rouge.

The lights were only $50 and was purchased off Amazon:)

We enlarged the shower by 6 inches on each side. It’s actually quite large when you stand in it. I love taking baths so that was our compromise:)
I chose the smallest size tub that was still functional and comfortable to fit in the space.
