Transparent Philodendron

Hello there! I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas on why my Philodendron ‘Florida Beauty’ variegata has these transparent spots on the leaves. It isn’t just on the variegated parts, it’s on the non variegated parts as well—seen near the bottom—and only on the newest leaf.
