Thank you in advance for any help. I'm sick at this point - ready to cry. I spent lots of time (and money) to create a GOG piece. I've done them before. I glued the glass and the stained glass mosaic pieces carefully. Then I used non-sanded grout. It was black grout...it has bled behind the stained glass pieces. It's still fairly soft at this point. This has never happened to me before.

At this point I'm guessing that the glue must not have dried completely due to our humidity. I never even thought to look at the back since I've given it plenty of time to cure. After I grouted, I turned it over and was shocked to see white glue instead of clear. I still have more grouting to do ( sky and grass...so it's not completed, but the second photo shows the bleeding of the black? This was so very expensive....I'm just sick.

Is there any hope?
