Was @ a vendor today walking along the sidewalk.....

The ~professionals~ mixed begonias and NG on the tree rings.

What am I amiss ? I do plant sunpatiens in full sun sitings, which fare better than NG.

If it's too dang hot, even with irrigation, I've seen SP droop

The area where these NG rings were planted were full sun, zero irrigation siting.

I have planted NG once in full sun, thinking as long as it was watered well. NG was SAD all season long, except for the early morning, after midnight recovery


What am I amiss. Is there a new culitvar/breed of NG that is full 12Hr + sun-worthy ?
