Looks like four lined plant bug damage. Makes plants a bit ugly but doesn’t kill them.

There are various reasons leaves may show some spotting. But nothing serious enough to require treatment or pulling out. Just shear the plant back, removing any affected foliage but leaving a small amount of basal growth. It will leaf out again in no time and with a new flush of flowers.

This happens in my garden all the time.......not the spotting but the shearing back. And it's not me doing it but the deer, who seem to have developed a very strong fondness for munching on Rozanne. But the geranium responds rapidly with new growth.

Mine had that too . I sprayed Neem oil and picked off the worse leaves. It looks better now. We have been getting a lot of rain, not sure if that’s the reason .

That is not a mortally ill Rozanne, so don't go messing with it yet. I'm sure there are 10 people who can tell you what is causing the leaf spots, but they are literally miniscule.
